Yes. The vouchers are transferable and can be used by anyone holding a valid code.
How long are corporate gift packs valid?
Twelve months from purchase.
Can employees book at weekends or during Christmas?
Yes. Vouchers may be used any day, subject to availability, with no Christmas blackout dates.
Can someone upgrade their experience?
Corporate gift packs cannot be upgraded. Massage passes can be upgraded to a longer massage by paying the difference.
Can vouchers be exchanged for cash?
No.
How many people can attend an after-work experience?
Team Recovery and Guided Group Recovery are designed for 6–12 guests. Private Recovery & Reset is for up to 4 guests.
How do corporate payments work?
