Which facial should I choose?
For a facial cleanse, which includes exfoliation and blackhead extraction, choose The Reset Cure. Our facial treatments do not include a deep facial cleanse or extraction and are recommended after a cleanse: Treatment Citrus Vita-Essence focuses on radiance and brightness, Treatment 3D Collagen (R)evolution on hydration and firmness, and Treatment Inhibit Face-Lift on smoothing and lifting. Treatment Diamond Energy is an intensive, indulgent Natura Bissé treatment. For a shorter option, Treatment Carboxi Express is 45 minutes; Treatment Kobido is a Japanese facial massage.

How long do the treatments last?
Our facials last between 45 and 75 minutes. The Restoration, which combines a massage with The Reset Cure, is 130 minutes.
Can I combine a facial with a massage?
Yes. The Restoration pairs a 60-minute Chyl Signature Massage with the 70-minute Reset Cure for €165. Treatment Carboxi Express can also be added to an eligible treatment or journey for €75.
What is included in The Restoration?
A 60-minute Chyl Signature Massage, followed by The Reset Cure, our 70-minute facial cleanse with exfoliation and blackhead extraction: 130 minutes in total, €165.
What is the difference between a facial cleanse and a facial treatment?
A facial cleanse always includes exfoliation and blackhead extraction. A facial treatment, such as Treatment Citrus Vita-Essence or Treatment 3D Collagen (R)evolution, does not include a deep facial cleanse or extraction and is recommended after a cleanse. If you would like extraction, book a cleanse.
