Can I share my massage pass?
Yes. The Essential and Complete Massage Passes and the Recovery Pass can be shared with whoever you like.
How long are the passes valid?
Essential: 12 months. Complete: 24 months. Recovery Pass: six months.
Can I upgrade to a longer massage or Deep Tissue?
Yes. You can use a pass massage towards a longer massage or Deep Tissue by paying the difference.
Can I exchange a pass for cash?
No. Passes can't be exchanged for cash.
Can I use my existing Le Patio pass?
Yes. Existing Le Patio Spa passes remain valid, subject to their original terms.
