Morning Heat or Evening Wave
At Leapmotor HYROX Barcelona, start waves begin at 8:30 every day and the last waves run into the evening. Eight kilometres of running and eight functional stations, indoors at Fira Barcelona Gran Via.
So plan your visit around your race: a little cold water and a lighter massage before you head to the start, or warmth, stillness and skilled hands once you’re done.
Wake Up the Body
Racing in the afternoon or evening? Spend the morning with us. Step into one of our two Kyma ice baths for a short, sharp plunge, warm through in the steam of the hammam, and rest on the recovery patio. Or choose a lighter massage to loosen up before you travel to the start.

Opening Hours
Monday to Saturday, 10:00–20:00. Sunday, 11:00–20:00. Booking is required.
The race is at Fira Barcelona Gran Via (Av. Joan Carles I 64, L’Hospitalet). Chyl is at Carrer del Comte d’Urgell 107, in the Eixample. It’s about a 10-minute drive, so a taxi gets you from the race to our door in no time.

Should I come before or after my race?
Either, or both. Heats run from morning to evening, so choose what suits your start time. Before: a short Kyma ice bath or a lighter massage. After: the circuit, a deeper or more relaxing massage, or the Barcelona Reset.

Do I need to book?
Yes. All treatments and experiences require advance booking. Race week is busy, so book online or message us on WhatsApp with your race day and start time.
Can we come as a doubles pair, a relay team or a group of friends?
Yes. A doubles pair can book Recovery & Reset at €45 per person. For up to four, Private Recovery & Reset reserves the circuit for your party alone: €200, 60 minutes. Larger groups can book Group Recovery (€50 per person) or Guided Group Recovery (€65 per person). Message us on WhatsApp to arrange it. What should I bring?
Please bring swimwear: it’s required for the circuit. A robe and towel are included.
Is Chyl Spa part of HYROX?
No. We’re an independent spa in the Eixample. Chyl Spa is not affiliated with or endorsed by HYROX. We simply welcome athletes before and after the race.
